With over 18 years of clinical experience Sibylle Walter is
one of the senior staff at the European Shiatsu School teaching Shiatsu and Anatomy. As an assessor for the Shiatsu Society she helps ensure high standards of practice and ethics across the profession.
Her broad client base includes those looking for general health support, relaxation and stress relief, as well as treatments for specific conditions. She has also worked very closely with women during pregnancy, people affected by HIV/AIDS and those dealing with substance abuse.
Prior to qualifying as a Shiatsu Practitioner she worked as a Chartered Physiotherapist for 10 years, culminating with the position of Deputy Head of Physiotherapy at the London Independent Hospital. There she specialised in the rehabilitation of those recovering from cardiac surgery, strokes and head trauma, as well as general sports injuries.
